Why Matte Paper?
Every Artlypet poster is printed on matte paper. Here is what that does in the room. We describe the surface and nothing more: we don't quote a paper weight or a conservation rating that our printer hasn't confirmed to us in writing.

Resolution and Print Quality
You can order a poster straight from a watermarked preview. The watermark sits on the on-screen version only: we print the clean file, and that same HD file lands in your account once the order is paid. Portraits leave the model at 3,072 × 4,096 pixels, and when the 50×70cm size needs more than that, the file goes through an upscaling pass before it reaches the printer: comfortably in the 120 to 150 DPI range that large wall art needs to look clean at normal viewing distance. Fur texture, whiskers, and the highlights in the eyes all stay well defined.

Can I order a poster from a watermarked preview?
Yes. The watermark sits on the on-screen preview, not on the print: we print the clean, full-resolution version. The HD file is included with every poster, so ordering a print also puts that file in your account to keep. You can also unlock HD on its own for €8 per image, without ordering a print.
Do posters come framed?
No: posters ship unframed and rolled in a tube. Because all three sizes are standard (A4, 30×40cm, 50×70cm), any off-the-shelf frame fits, so you can frame it yourself exactly the way you like.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge. Contact our support team and we'll take it from there.
